Refund policy

All orders are shipped from Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi and processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order was received.

We ask that you inspect your items upon arrival and contact us right away at aloha@shopmanawa.com if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right. MANAWA reserves the right to refuse any returns requested after this window.


To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We do not accept returns on sale items
